Table Construction
- Table Tops: Supported by two full-length steel channels, with safety end dress-off fittings.
- Laminated Seats: All Gemini PorTable seats are laminated!, and extremely durable- a Mitchell exclusive… will long outlast any plastic molded seats.
- Color selection: Seat and table top laminate choices are available in a variety of patterns from the Wilsonart® catalog.
- Edges: Table and bench edges come standard with Dura-Edge extruded polyvinyl, or can be ordered with optional Premium duraBond sprayed-on edge.
- Welded Steel: Welded steel solidly join and position legs and braces to channel top supports. Table tops fastened to unitized understructure with hex-head, Sure-Grip Screws.
- End Legs: 1” x 2” rectangular box steel with nickel chromium finish. This is a heavy duty design with 16 gauge uprights and 14 gauge cross members.
- Center Legs: Twin dual-type 1” x 1” square steel tube, with cushion glides to provide four-point floor contact.
- Metal Finishes: End legs and center legs are plated nickel chromium; all other metals are Powder Coated Jet Black, with stainless steel cover plates in wear areas for added protection.
- Casters: Heavy-duty, 4” diameter, non-marking, ball-bearing, swivel type.
