Description

Table Top Supports
1-3/4” D x 16-gauge cold rolled steel apron channels with rounded edges and dressed off end fittings for safety.

End Legs
“T” shaped pedestal base, 1” x 2” heavy, rectangular steel tube. These sturdy legs are recessed providing ample knee clearance. Available in nickel chromium
plated or black powder coat finish.

Casters
Four, 3” diameter, swivel, ball baring type, nan-marring casters.

Table Tops & Edge
Table tops are made with 45lb. density particleboard core with high pressure laminated top, balanced with durable Gator™ black backer. Table and bench edges come standard with Dura-Edge extruded polyvinyl, or can be ordered with optional Premium duraBond sprayed-on edge.

Fasteners
Tops are attached with full threaded, hex head screws with a minimum holding power of 300lbs. Each fastener is machine driven and seated. The hex head permits normal maintenance of units if required.

Safety Locking Mechanism
Steel lock rod automatically engages with the hinge when table is unfolded, making the possibility of a jackknife impossible while engaged. Side release handles enable movement up to folded position. A built-in safety stops the table just before reaching user position, easily freed by releasing side handles.

Lift-Off Feature
In the open position the table rests on four lift-off support pads, firmly holding the table in a stabilized and stationary position. Time to fold and move the
table? Its four casters take over, ready to move the table to a desired location.

Height Variety
Fixed height tables in 29” or 27”.

Choice of Laminate
100’s of laminate choices including a variety of wood grains, solid colors and many other patterns. Mitchell works with several leading laminate providers.

Mitchell’s laminate, backer, adhesive and board are certified, GREENGUARD table components, for safe and clean indoor air.
